The rankings published in the Äripäev newspaper in autumn 2016 were based on six economic
indicators for 2015: turnover, earnings before interest and tax, increase in turnover and profit
compared to the previous year and profitability and return on assets. EST Kinnisvara now ranks 9 th in
Estonia.
