The rankings published in the Äripäev newspaper in autumn 2017 were based on six economic
indicators for 2016: turnover, earnings before interest and tax, increase in turnover and profit
compared to the previous year and profitability and return on assets. EST Kinnisvara is now ranked
19 th in Estonia.
